Alexandra C. Tsintsifas, MPH Candidate

is a Research Assistant of the Artificial Intelligence, Modeling, and Informatics for Nutrition Guidance and Systems (AIMINGS) Center.

  • Additionally, she is a Research Assistant with Public Health Informatics, Computational, and Operations Research (PHICOR) and the Center for Advanced Technology and Communication in Health (CATCH), headquartered at the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy.

    She currently is pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at CUNY SPH, concentrating on Health Policy and Management. Her current research focuses on gathering data, conducting literature reviews, and helping in the development and design of operational models for both communicable and non-communicable diseases.

    She is a Registered Environmental and Health Specialist (REHS) and has previously worked as a Public Health Sanitarian for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH). Mrs Tsintsifas received a Bachelor and Master of Science in Material Science and Technology from the University of Crete in Greece in 2015.
