Kelly O’Shea, BSFS

is a Research Associate of the Artificial Intelligence, Modeling, and Informatics for Nutrition Guidance and Systems (AIMINGS) Center.

  • Additionally, she is a Research Associate with Public Health Informatics, Computational, and Operations Research (PHICOR) and the Center for Advanced Technology and Communication in Health (CATCH), headquartered at the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy.

    Ms. O’Shea has expertise in international affairs and systems thinking and, in addition to working on PHICOR’s international development projects, has contributed to both infectious and non-communicable disease modeling efforts, including Covid-19 pandemic response models, maternal factors in childhood obesity models, and norovirus transmission and vaccine models. Previously, Ms. O’Shea worked in healthcare product development.

    Ms. O’Shea received her Bachelor of the Science of Foreign Service (BSFS) from Georgetown University.
